Frequently Asked Questions

When is the best time to turn on my system?

We start turning on systems after the risk of freezing weather. Usually, this ends up being sometime in April.

When is the best time to winterize my system?

Typically, we begin winterizations mid to late September and end our season by Thanksgiving. We never want to risk your pipes freezing, causing a high plumbing bill. Winterizing before the ground freezes is essential.

Will your crew flag heads?

Yes! If you would like your heads flagged, let us know prior to your turn on or winterization.  Flagging heads is vital when having work done to your yard in order to prevent damage to your system.

What type of warranty do you provide?

New systems and all repairs we perform  are guaranteed for 2 years. If any part we replace breaks within that 2 years, we will gladly repair it, free of charge.
